Background and objective: Many parents face challenges to respond to child Sexual questions. These questions are generally non-projected, but appropriate and proportionate response to such questions is the most challenging for parenting issues. So, identifying Sexual questions that are frequently asked by children, and on the other hand, through proper education to parents, response to curious questions of children can be tailored to age and gender correctly. Therefore, this study was designed to explore children’s Sexual questions.Methods: This research was a qualitative content analysis study. The samples were selected on the basis of objective and purposive sampling. Samples consisted of 20 parents living in the city of Ahvaz. Data were gathered through semi-structured and unstructured interviews. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively through content analysis simultaneously and using the software MAXQDA 10.Results: Children Sexual curious questions suggested 3 main themes: 1) changes in Sexual characteristics, 2) gender differences and relations between the sexes, & 3) pregnancy, child birth and pregnancy prevention- which consisted of 9 sub-classes.Conclusion: The reason and process of pregnancy, how baby is born and sex differences were the most questions that children had asked. In order to answer the Sexual questions properly in regard to age and gender, it is recommended that an educational package be designed to answer children questions.

The research purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of Sexual coolant training in promoting Sexual health. The research method involved semi-experimental design with pre test and post test. The sample including 45 individuals (30 females and 15 males) was drawn from a larger sample size consisted of the married students of Azad University (Garmsar branch) in the academic year ran from 1386 to 1387.Findings support a significant statistical difference in subjects' scores in pre test and post test, which is closely tied to the effective intervention of Sexual coolant training in promoting Sexual health.

Introduction: "Sexual health" is a crucial aspect of family, individual, and social well-being. Therefore, this study aims to develop and standardize a questionnaire on Sexual health for married couples, based on the Islamic Sexual health model.Method: The method of the current research is descriptive. The statistical population includes all Iranian married individuals. Through virtual networks, 581 participants completed the Sexual health questionnaire for spouses and the Sexual satisfaction questionnaire by Larson (1998) using the available method. To develop the questionnaire, items were initially designed based on the components of the Sexual health of spouses as compiled by Baniyani (2019). Subsequently, its content validity was assessed and confirmed by 15 expert reviewers. Finally, confirmatory factor analysis and concurrent validity were employed to validate the questionnaire. Additionally, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to assess reliability.Results: The confirmatory factor analysis of the research was conducted in two stages. The results, after removing inappropriate questions, indicated the optimal fit of the questionnaire. Subsequently, the correlation of the Sexual health components of the spouses was analyzed with each other and with the overall structure. The total correlation scores of Sexual health with the components were as follows: physical health 0.31, vision health 0.68, emotional health 0.86, and behavioral health 0.92, showing a positive and significant correlation. Furthermore, for the concurrent validity of the questionnaire, its relationship with Larson's Sexual satisfaction questionnaire was found to be 0.85, also indicating a positive and significant result. The reliability of the questionnaire, assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the entire questionnaire, was 0.88. The validity levels were 0.57, 0.64, 0.77 for emotional health, and 0.80 for the physical health component. These results suggest that the validity of the scale, based on internal consistency, is favorable.Discussion and Conclusion: The findings demonstrate the construct validity and acceptable reliability of the spouses' Sexual health questionnaire. With its prescriptive content and criteria-based approach, this tool can be valuable for researchers and couple therapists seeking a deeper understanding. 

The aim of this study was the investigation of relationship between Sexual schemas and Sexual health in menopausal women. For this purpose307 menopausal women whom living in Tehran were under investigation. The mean of participants was 55.58 (SD=7.32).The study tools were Bem’s Sexual schemas questionnaire, menopausal symptoms checklist and women Sexual function scale.The finding suggest that there is a relationship between Sexual schemas and Sexual health.Masculine and androgenic schemas had a positive relationship with Sexual health, and feminine schema had a negative relationship with Sexual health.
